Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. We appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments who are on the front line working to contain the virus. Please consider helping your neighbours, particularly those who are most vulnerable and are self isolating.
During this time our office may have restricted office hours and our staff may be working from home at various times. Voice messages will be checked periodically and responded to as soon as possible. All office appointments are limited to meeting only when necessary - such as where a document is required to be witnessed by an officer on land title documents. Please do not come in without making arrangements in advance.
To do our part in "flattening the curve", reducing the spread, and maintaining office health we have established a protocol for necessary office appointments. If you show any signs of a cold, flu or fever please delay your visit for another time. If you have recently returned from another country or have been in personal contact with others who are from or back from another country - please ensure you have self isolated for 14 days before the office meeting. Otherwise we would be happy to communicate with you online. As per the BC Provincial Health Order made on November 19, 2020, all visitors to our offices must wear a mask or face covering.
For all other continuing legal needs we are happy to communicate online (law@manhasmar.com) or on the phone, or other app communications. Please feel free to email us or give us a call.
Thank you for your understanding and please be safe and help our country overcome COVID-19.
