Immigration Facilitation

GURMAIL MANHAS, LLB LLM

Mr. Manhas, obtained his Master Of Law, from the London School of Ecomomics and Bachelors of Law from the University of British Columbia. He has been in practice for over 25 years providing a wide range of legal services. He practices mainly in the areas of real estate, mortgages, real estate development, company law, and civil litigation. His clients include many of the prominent real estate developers in Victoria and he serves clients from various parts of Canada. He has served on various boards or advises many community organizations. He travels extensively and has volunteered for numerous international peace conferences.

SINCLAIR MAR, BA JD

Mr. Mar, obtained his law degree at the University of British Columbia and was called to both the BC and Yukon bars during his 25 years plus years of legal practice. He provides services for many businesses and a civil litigation practice. He has been successful and has appeared in levels of the courts in British Columbia and many tribunals. He is an experienced trial lawyer, negotiator and has acted in many meditations. His business clients rely on him for valuable strategic and practical advice for which he is constantly in demand. He has practiced immigration law for the past 25 years in all areas, including visas and permanent residency applicaitions. He presently works with clients from Many countries. He is very community minded and sits on numerous boards and volunteers many hours to give back to his community. He is on the board of the Knowledge Network (BC), Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society, Victoria Chinatown Community Care Foundation, Victoria Chinese Commerce Association, and the Vancouver Island Memorial Society. He is serving as counsel for the Victoria Hoi Ping Association and the Vancouver Island Memorial Society and People's Memorial Society and Privacy Officer for the two memorial societies. He has been instrumental in raising funds for various schools in support of music in schools and local youth sports and athletes. In 2009 he was awarded the CFAX Community Leader of the Year Award.
